Life Science North 3rd Floor - Heating, Ventilation, and Cooling Interruption

Please be advised that Planning, Design and Construction will be continuing a project that may impact your area. Below are the details of the scope of work and anticipated impacts:
Scope of Work: Air Handler 4 serving the building's 3rd floor will be shut down to add flashing and sealant to mitigate potential leaks. The sealant will cure for 48 hours prior to turning Air Handler 4 back on.
Reason for Work: Completion of building HVAC system repair and improvements project.
Anticipated Impacts: Shutdown will take place over the weekend (Friday night to Monday morning) to mitigate impacts to building occupants. During the shutdowns, there will be no mechanical ventilation, heating, or cooling to the third floor. Occupancy should be limited to the fullest extent possible for health reasons due to lack of air exchanges. Exhaust fans and fume hoods will remain operational during this outage.
