What We Do
Facilities Services is responsible for providing basic services that are needed to operate and maintain the University’s physical assets. We also perform a limited amount of chargeback work for the campus community.

Building Maintenance
The building maintenance teams are responsible for providing baseline services to state buildings with a focus on ensuring safety and functionality in accordance with Executive Order 847 and best practices. Maintenance teams include the following:

Facilities services provides event support including restroom service, building access, trash and recycle clean up, event set up and break down.
Facilities Graphics provides a wide range of operational oversight related to the management, design, and production of campus signage and experiential graphic design. Facilities Graphics also manages and maintains the digital Interactive Map. Use the Facilities Services Customer Request Portal to submit a sign or graphics request.
Work Control Center
The Work Control Center is your single point of contact for all Facilities Services related issues including maintenance requests, chargeback service requests, and billing. To request services, please visit the Customer Request Portal.
